Executive with more than 18 years of experience dedicated to the fertilizer industry. He has worked in multinationals in the sector, in several management level positions in Brazil and abroad. Rodrigo managed several operations and led the implementation of excellence programs in fertilizer plants in many countries such as the Netherlands, Finland, Germany, Colombia and Brazil, involving ammonia and nitrate production processes, as well as blending and distribution units. Rodrigo currently serves as Director of Operations & Business Development at Atlas Agro, a Swiss-based company that aims to lead the transition to low-carbon nitrogen fertilizers, produced from green hydrogen, globally. The first plant will be installed in Pacific Northwest region, in United States, and also has a project to implement the first green fertilizer plant in Brazil, located in Uberaba, Minas Gerais. Rodrigo is also a board member of Green Hydrogen Industry Association (ABIHV), one of the main institutions responsible for promoting the green hydrogen in the country. Rodrigo has a degree in Business Administration, in addition to 2 postgraduate courses, in Business Logistics and Production Engineering. Rodrigo also holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School, in United Kingdom.

Fernanda Delgado is the CEO of ABIHV (Brazilian Association of the Green Hydrogen Industry) and a postgraduate professor at FGV and UFRJ, as well as a lecturer at the Brazilian Army Command and General Staff School. She holds a Ph.D. in Energy Planning and two Master's degrees - one in Information Technology and the other in International Finance. She is the author of four books and has numerous publications on the energy sector and Petropolitics. Fernanda serves on the Education Council of ACRJ, is the founder of the "Yes, They Exist" program and the women's mentoring initiative EMPODEREC. She writes about energy for Estadão's Broadcast and epbr. Committed to gender equity, she actively works for equality and the empowerment of women.
