He has extensive experience in solutions for grounding loops, high-availability power for data centers and electromagnetic simulation software. He produces software for calculating grounding loops and electromagnetic fields in power transmission lines and substations.

Electrotechnician, civil engineer, postgraduate in Occupational Safety Engineering from Fumec/MG and advisor to Termotécnica, he has been working since 1993 to train designers, surveyors and auditors of SPDA installations. He is an active member of the commission reviewing the ABNT NBR 5419 standard, a member of Abrasip/MG - Brazilian Association of Building Systems Engineering and technical director of ABRARAIO - Brazilian Association of Lightning Rod, Earthing and Protection Systems Companies.

Wagner Costa is an electrical engineer with a postgraduate degree in production engineering from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE) and a master's degree and PhD student in electrical engineering from the University of Campinas (Unicamp). He is a member of ABNT's Electrical Earthing and Electromagnetic Interference Committee and of Cigré. He has experience in electrical grounding, electromagnetic transients in grounding systems, insulation coordination, impulsive grounding, kilometer grounding systems, electromagnetic interference, electromagnetic field calculations and lightning protection.
