The discussion will also cover financing prospects for new solar PV plants, highlighting the best options for fostering the technology.

Rodrigo Borges has over 15 years of experience in the energy sector, with a focus on corporate strategy, business development, renewable energy, and energy trading. Before joining Aurora, he held roles at Oliver Wyman, Dow Chemical, and Votorantim. Throughout his career, he has worked on topics such as renewable energy procurement, price modeling, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), energy trading, scenario development, government auctions, and regulatory strategy.

Mariana Galhardo is a Senior Partner at G2A Consultores. She has a degree in Business Administration from PUC Campinas, an MBA and a Master's degree from UNIFEI, as well as specializations in Project Management from FACAAMP and Government Relations from INSPER. She began her career in the financial market, working for institutions such as Itaú, Banco do Brasil (including working for the IDB) and Opportunity, always with a focus on new business. Since 2007, Mariana has worked in the energy industry, in all its segments (generation, commercialization, transmission and distribution), having contributed in leadership positions in companies such as Neoenergia (Elektro), Renova, Serena (Omega) and Alupar. In 2017, she opted for entrepreneurship, providing consultancy services to clients such as Grupo Ultragaz, the Ministry of Mines and Energy, the Ministry of Science and Technology, Eletrosul, Pronto Energy and Grupo Colibri, focusing on the analysis and development of new projects. Currently at G2A, as well as prospecting and leading due diligence projects, she coordinates ABSAE's Regulation Working Group (WG) and is vice-coordinator of Absolar's Storage WG.

Ricardo Barros is Executive Director and Founder of Equalitarium Consultoria and Coordinator of GTGC Absolar. With experience as an executive in different companies in the sector (including Lightsource BP, Engie, and Voltalia), Ricardo has worked for the past 18 years in structuring renewable energy projects with a focus on solar and wind power in Brazil and France. He served for about eight years as an advisor to ABSOLAR, including five years as Vice President of Centralized Generation, where he actively contributed to the exponential growth of centralized generation in the country. With a degree in Electrical Engineering, Ricardo studied at UFCG and INSA-Lyon and is currently enrolled in the General Management Program at Harvard University.

Júlio Meirelles has worked within Santander's Project Finance team since 2010, working with several sectors, including Energy, transportation, water & sewage, TMT, social infrastructure, and natural resources. In Santander's Project Finance team, Mr. Meirelles worked with the execution of several financial advisory and credit structuring mandates totaling investments over BRL 50 billion. Since 2021, Mr. Meirelles acted heading several sectoral coverages within Santander's Project Finance department, being totally focused in the Energy markets since early 2025.
