Walter Aguiar Martins Júnior. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (2017), a specialist degree in Sustainability (2019) and a Master's degree in Environmental Physics (2025) from UFMT. He is Director of Abracopel (2020). He is vice-president of the Matogrossense Association of Electrical Engineers (Management 2023/2025). He is a full member of CREA/MT (Triennium 2024/26). He is an IEEE member, n. 93377926 (2022). He works professionally at TCE-MT (2018), with Energy Management Systems (2019) and with Electrical Engineering Consulting (2017).

Danilo de Souza has a PhD in Energy (IEE/USP) and is an adjunct professor at UFMT, working on electrical safety, installations, energy planning and efficiency. He is the coordinator of the Interdisciplinary Center for Energy Planning Studies (NIEPE). He is president of the Brazilian Association for Raising Awareness of the Dangers of Electricity - ABRACOPEL (2025-2027). He has done internships in Russia and Portugal and received the 'Best Paper' award at IEEE ESW 2023 (USA). He was coordinator of the Electrical Engineering course (2018-2020).

Breno de Assis Oliveira, MSc, is an Electrical Engineer with a degree from CEFET-MG and a Master's degree from UFMG, with over 20 years' experience in electrical projects and team coordination. Managing partner of Viabile Arquitetura + Engenharia and a professor at PUC Minas, he also works with Abrasip-MG, where he was President between 2012 and 2015.

Electrical engineer graduated from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, with a specialization in economics and business (MBA) from the Federal University of São Carlos and a master's degree in energy from the Institute of Energy and Environment at the University of São Paulo. He is a specialist in surge protection at Embrastec and an electrical engineer at Lambda Consultoria Ltda. He has been working in the field of surge protection for over 20 years, specifying Surge Protection Devices (SPDs), drawing up technical standards and writing articles and books on the subject.

Born in Lençóis Paulista - São Paulo, on December 23, 1996, I graduated as an Electrical Engineer from Faculdade Anhanguera in 07/2024, in Ribeirão Preto - SP. I have been part of EmbraTec since 2018, and currently hold the position of Product Engineering Analyst.

Edson Martinho is an Electrical Engineer with a specialization in Engineering and Work Safety and Marketing, Founder, former President and Executive Director of Abracopel - Brazilian Association for Raising Awareness of the Dangers of Electricity, Professor of Postgraduate Studies at FACENS, Pedagogical Coordinator of Fluke Academy, Managing Partner of Lambda Consultoria, national and international speaker, author of books.

Born in Mondaí - Santa Catarina on May 13, 1987, I graduated as an Electrical Engineer from Universidade Paulista in 2013, in Ribeirão Preto - SP. I have been part of Embrastec since 2009, in 2015 I took over as Technical Engineer in Charge and currently hold the position of Engineering Manager.
