Eduardo Barrozo Pereira is a Civil Engineer graduated from the Universidade Estadual de Londrina (UEL), with a postgraduate degree in Project Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). He has over 17 years of experience in managing engineering and construction projects, having worked in companies from different sectors, including major construction firms in Brazil and organizations focused on the energy sector. He is currently the Engineering Manager at Giya, part of the Cesbe Group. Over the past five years, he has worked exclusively in the renewable energy sector, during which he structured operational and engineering processes and coordinated the implementation of projects across 11 different Brazilian states. Throughout his career, he has also worked in the management of construction contracts, integrating technical, financial, and legal aspects. He has specialized in strategic project management, operational structuring, and project management in the industrial, real estate, and energy sectors.

Graziella Albuquerque holds a degree in Environmental Management, with university extension studies in Community-Based Environmental Education and Political Ecology in Latin America. She is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Regulation of the Electric Sector at UFRJ and has training in International Negotiations from the University of Oxford and the Global Youth Coalition. She also holds a specialization in renewable energy from the International Research & Exchange Board (IREX). Graziella officially represented Brazil as a delegate at COP 27 and COY 17. She currently leads the research and policy advocacy department at Revolusolar.

Guilherme Susteras is an electrical engineer with a master's degree in electrical engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo. He holds a postgraduate degree in economics from the London School of Economics, a PhD in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Energy Systems Innovation Center at the University of São Paulo. He has over 25 years of experience in the electricity sector and, since 2016, has been a managing partner at Sun Mobi. Guilherme has been a board member of ABSOLAR since 2020, where he also coordinates the Distributed Generation Working Group.
