Virgínia Perez is an Energy Solutions Manager in the Climate Change and Decarbonization Department of Vale S.A, being responsible for the businesses solutions to enable the fossil fuels replacement in Vale's operations. Graduated in Economic Science, with 20 years of experience, and formerly worked in the strategy and business development of power projects at Vale, implementing M&As processes of Vale's energy subsidiaries and the development of renewable energy projects aiming at reaching the goal of 100% renewable power consumption by Vale's operations in Brazil.

He has deep expertise in the energy industry, and formerly served as Value Realization executive at Auren Energia, where he was responsible for PMIs, Portfolio, and Innovation.

Head of Consulting at CELA, specializing in project finance, investment analysis, M&A and business development in the renewable energy sector. Marília has 13 years of professional experience, having participated in several M&A processes and auctions of renewable energy assets in Brazil and Latin America, in addition to the development, evaluation and financing of several Greenfield & Brownfield projects, mainly in the bioenergy and photovoltaic solar energy sectors. Marília worked for 2 years at SunEdison S.A. as head of M&A, Project Finance, Economic Feasibility of solar and wind projects for Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Mexico, Colombia, El Salvador and the Dominican Republic and for 4 years at ERB - 'Energias Renováveis do Brasil', as an analyst in the Project Finance and Business Development area. She coordinated 'ABSOLAR Financing Working Group' and it's currently coordinator of the 'ABSOLAR Green Hydrogen Working Group'. Marília holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP and an MBA in Electrical Sector Business from FGV.

As Head of Business Development for Decarbonization and Green Molecules at Casa dos Ventos S/A, he drives projects focused on carbon footprint reduction, forging strategic partnerships, and promoting innovative solutions. His expertise spans green electricity, molecules like hydrogen, methanol, ammonia, and Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF), alongside the electrification of industrial processes via e-boilers. Previously, José Augusto served as Director of Business Development - Energy, Oil & Gas at Andrade Gutierrez, leading initiatives in hydropower, thermal, wind, solar, and in energy transmission & distribution, Oil & Gas, and LNG sectors. He also held board positions at TEN (a wind turbine tower manufacturer) and prominent companies such as CEMIG, Light, Quiport (Airport), and CCR (Highways). His robust career, which began in the financial sector (Citibank and Banco Nacional), includes roles as Director of Project Financing at Quiport and Senior Financial Manager at Suez-Tractebel (now Engie). José Augusto holds a bachelor's degree in Physics from Unicamp.
