Director

Maurício Torres is a civil engineer and founder of Conceito Engenharia, a national reference in multidisciplinary projects with the application of BIM. He has over 15 years of experience leading technical teams, with more than 1,000 projects to his name, delivered across various sectors such as industry, infrastructure, and buildings. He is a postgraduate professor and a speaker at national technical events. In addition to being an engineer, he holds postgraduate degrees in BIM Management, Fire Engineering, Project Management, and Business Management. He was awarded the Outstanding Supplier Award at IMEC 2023 for his performance in engineering services.

Camila Piacitelli Tieghi holds a postdoctoral degree in Artificial Intelligence and Python Programming for Solar Energy Generation Optimization from USP/FZEA (2024). She has a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Agronomy - Energy in Agriculture from FCA/UNESP. She also holds a teaching degree in Pedagogy and a specialization in Database Management. She works as a technical high school teacher at ETEC Dr. Domingos Minicucci Filho and as a higher education professor at the Faculty of Technology of Botucatu (FATEC). She has experience in programming, game development, AI, and Data Science.

Erika Esteves Lasmar holds a master's degree and is currently pursuing a doctorate in georeferencing as a tool for fire risk analysis in built cultural heritage at UFMG. She holds a degree in industrial electrical engineering. She is currently the director of Esteves Lasmar Projetos e Consultoria Ltda, where she works on projects involving electrical installations, lightning protection systems (SPDA), structured cabling networks, and related systems for industrial, commercial, and residential buildings. She specializes in electrical projects for protected cultural heritage sites. She is a member of the Brazilian Association of Building Installations Engineering (ABRASIP/MG) and the Minas Gerais Association of Fire Engineering (AMEI MG). Co-founder and current Director of Operations of the Engineers' Cooperative - Engecoop. She serves as an electrical engineering advisor at CREA-MG. Co-founder of the FLAMA Institute, focused on the study of natural disasters and fires. Member of the IGNIS research group at UFMG.
