Henrique Ribeiro is a Principal Analyst at S&P Global Commodity Insights' Technologies & Supply Chain team, focusing on battery & new technologies research. During his 13 years tenure with the organization, he also spearheaded the creation of Platts battery metals pricing suite. Henrique holds a Master in Economic Analysis from FGV and a Certificate for professionals in derivatives markets from the B3 exchange's educational arm.

Aline is an electrical engineer graduated from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), with experience in research and teaching in Brazil and Germany. Since 2017, she has been a researcher at the UFSC Solar Energy Research Laboratory (Fotovoltaica/UFSC), where she completed her Ph.D. focused on photovoltaic plant inspection. She is currently a postdoctoral researcher working on R&D projects in the fields of photovoltaics, energy storage, green hydrogen, and electric vehicles. Aline is also a co-founder of the Brazilian Network of Women in Solar Energy (Rede MESol) and served as President of the Brazilian Association of Solar Energy (ABENS) from 2023 to 2025.

He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Unicamp and teaches Solar Energy courses at the university itself, having lectured to more than 5,000 students. He is a researcher at LESF-MV, working on various fronts of photovoltaic solar energy with the aim of contributing to the development of the national sector. He is currently working on the application of artificial intelligence methods and inference algorithms to the classification of anomalies and performance analysis of large-scale plants. An influencer on Instagram, he is known as ProfJL. He is also a member of the teaching staff of Canal Solar's Energy Storage course. He has more than 70 scientific publications and has reviewed more than 250 papers for specialized magazines in the solar energy sector. He also has extensive experience in testing the quality of photovoltaic equipment.
