Glauber Maurin is an electrical engineer (CREA 5061860869-SP), an occupational safety specialist, and director of EletroAlta Engenharia, a consulting firm specializing in industrial electrical risk management, electric arc studies, and regulatory compliance. With over 20 years of experience working in high-criticality industrial plants, he is the author of the books *Industrial Electrical Risk Management* and *Unraveling the Electrical Installations Manual (PIE) of NR-10*, and the creator of PGREI®-a structured methodology that integrates electrical modeling, protection coordination, and corporate governance to transform electrical risk into a measurable and decision-making variable, based on IEEE 1584-2018 and NFPA 70E.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from UFU and a master's degree in Electronic Engineering from ITA.He founded Mi Omega in October 1993 and has been leading the company's technical solutions ever since. He has been a member of the ABNT committee responsible for revising the NBR 5410 standard-Low-Voltage Electrical Installations-since 1993; served as coordinator of the ABNT committee responsible for revising the NBR 14039 standard-Medium-Voltage Electrical Installations-since 2003; and has been a member of the NBR 16384 committee - Electrical Safety-in 2020, and a member of the NBR 16690 committee-Electrical Installations for Photovoltaic Systems-since its inception.Currently, in addition to leading Mi Omega, he also teaches courses at the Mi Omega Institute and has over 40 years of experience in the electrical sector.

Danilo Ferreira de Souza holds a Ph.D. in Energy from IEE/USP (2024). He is an adjunct professor at UFMT, a tenured faculty member at PPGEEL/UFMT, and an advisor at PPGE/USP. His work focuses on electrical safety, energy planning, energy efficiency, and lightning protection, and he serves on standards review committees for the electric power sector. He is currently president of ABRACOPEL and Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications.
