The program will begin with a welcome reception and an official opening by MESOL representatives, followed by an inspiring TED-style talk on the strategic role of networking in career development for women in the energy sector.

A panel discussion featuring leaders of prominent women's organizations in the Brazilian energy industry will explore how these initiatives were created, their unique contributions, and the impact they have on strengthening professional connections, creating opportunities, and increasing women's representation across the sector.

The event will also include a perspective from the Brazilian Ministry of Mines and Energy on how collaboration, diversity, and women's leadership can contribute to accelerating the energy transition.
