Prices and Registration Information

1. Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration.
2. Event credentials are personal, non-transferable, and must be worn visibly at all times while on the event premises.
3. The organizers reserve the right to request valid identification at any time. Any misuse, sharing, or transfer of credentials may result in confiscation of the credential and denial of entry until a new registration or ticket is purchased.

1. The event is intended exclusively for industry professionals.
2. For safety and regulatory reasons, children, infants, and persons under 16 years of age, including exhibitors’ children, are not permitted to enter the event, even when accompanied by an adult. Non-compliance may result in penalties imposed by the relevant authorities.
3. Entry may be denied to attendees who do not comply with the event dress code, including individuals wearing tank tops, shorts, or flip-flops.
4. Animals are not permitted on the event premises, except for duly authorized service or guide dogs.
5. The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or interferes with the orderly operation of the event.

1. The organizers may take photographs and videos during the event for documentation, marketing, promotion, communication, and reporting purposes.
2. By attending the event, participants acknowledge that their image, likeness, voice, and other identifying characteristics may be included in such recordings and used by the organizers and their authorized partners in accordance with applicable law and the The smarter E South America Privacy Policy.
3. The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data, including images and recordings, will be carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and the event's Privacy Policy.
4. Visitors, exhibitors, and attendees may record, film, take photographs, or live stream only in public areas and aisles. Recording, filming, taking photographs, and live streaming are prohibited in all other areas, such as the conference and workshop areas, unless appropriate media authorization has been provided.
5. Photography, filming, or recording of exhibition booths, products, presentations, displays, or materials is permitted only with the prior authorization of the respective exhibitor or rights holder.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to rcr@arandaeventos.com.br no later than July 25, 2026.

• Approved cancellations will be refunded after the event, less a 20% administrative fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after July 25, 2026.
• Registration substitutions or attendee changes may be accepted at the organizers’ discretion.

By registering for or attending The smarter E South America 2026, participants agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, all venue regulations, safety requirements, and applicable laws.

The organizers reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions if required for legal, operational, safety, or regulatory reasons. Any updates will be communicated through official event channels.
