Ricardo Estefano Rosa is a Production Engineer with a specialization in Renewable Energies and an MBA in Strategic Business Management from FGV. He has almost 30 years' experience in business development and energy solutions. At WEG since 2013, he was Head of Engineering until 2015 and since then he has dedicated himself to developing new businesses, always focused on the energy transition. He currently acts as Coordinator of the Storage WG at ABSOLAR, is a member of the Board of the Brazilian Association of Energy Storage Solutions - ABSAE and leads WEG's Battery Energy Storage Systems business.

She has been working with Autoproduction modeling on load, with the migration of consumer units with GD to the Autoproduction of Energy modality, since 2021. She currently works in the regulatory sector, as a Regulatory and Institutional Affairs Analyst, at the Cobra Brasil Group, supporting the Energy Self-Production.

Guimarães joined TSE Energy Consulting as a partner in 2020. She graduated as an electrical engineer from the Federal University of Itajubá - UNIFEI, has a master's degree in "Systems Reliability" from the same institution, and has also completed an MBA in Business Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation - FGV, as well as an Executive Finance course at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - MIT. She worked at the Andrade & Canellas consultancy with projects, sector studies and large companies such as Siemens and Areva, and for 10 years at Omega with new business development, implementation and operation of sector assets. As Development Director, she managed the company's portfolio for Brownfield and Greenfield projects, as well as the M&A processes for the company's entire renewables segment, having transacted more than 2GW of renewable projects, in addition to leading a wind, SHP and solar portfolio of approximately 6GW.

She has a degree in Business Administration from PUC Campinas, an MBA and a Master's degree from UNIFEI, specializations in Project Management from FACAAMP and Government Relations from INSPER. She began her career in the financial market, at Itaú and do Brasil banks, having worked at the IDB and Opportunity, always with a focus on new business. She has worked as an executive in all segments of the energy market (generation, commercialization, transmission, distribution) having started in the energy industry in 2007, contributing as a team leader at NEOENERGIA (ELEKTRO), RENOVA, SERENA (OMEGA), and ALUPAR. In 2017, he opted for entrepreneurship to serve clients such as Grupo Ultragaz, the Ministry of Mines and Energy and the Ministry of Science and Technology, Eletrosul, Pronto Energy and Grupo Colibri in analyzing new projects. At G2A today, in addition to capturing new projects and leading projects in due diligence consultancy, she also holds positions as coordinator of ABSAE's Regulatory WG and vice-coordinator of Absolar's Storage WG.
