Vinicius Ayrão is an electrical engineer with over 30 years of experience in low- and medium-voltage electrical infrastructure. He works on design, construction, commissioning, inspection, and technical consulting for distributed generation projects, energy storage (BESS), electric mobility, and consumer substations.He participated in the development of over 500 MW of solar photovoltaic projects and served on the ABNT committee responsible for drafting the first edition of NBR 16690. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the training of over 600 professionals in the electric power sector.He currently serves as a member of the FIRJAN Electric Power Business Council and as Technical Director of Sindistal-RJ.
